Our risk-mitigation practices include placing cotton balls at the ear openings to minimise ear canal water exposure and delicate areas receive special attention with dedicated eye-area shampoo to reduce sensitivity and a tailored ear solution for an optimal cleanse. We use freshly diluted products for each dog at the ideal ratio and incorporate a gentle loofah touch for superior results.
