Before Your Dog’s Appointment
First time at Barking Butler? Here are some helpful things to note…
Your dog’s well-being, coat condition and skin health is very important to us. We offer a knowledgeable and professional dog grooming service, using the highest quality products and tools, to provide the best possible care and grooming expertise to each dog that walks through our door.
We aim to support and educate our human clients to be the best dog owners possible and are passionate about raising the standard of grooming across Australia.
We look forward to welcoming you and your dog soon!
Take your dog for a relaxed toilet walk, to reduce their need to ‘go’ during grooming
Take all leads/collars/harnesses/clothing with you after drop-off, as we don’t keep them during grooming
Keep your pet controlled on a lead (or in a crate) at all times while in our reception area
Be contactable via phone at all times while your dog is with us
Note that with regards to pick-up, we aim to text you 30 minutes before your pet is ready to confirm the pick-up time, allowing plenty of notice to make your way back to the studio. Please collect your pet at this time. If your pet is not picked up within 1 hour of the pick-up text message being sent, a Day Care fee may apply
Before an appointment, please:

We recommend all dogs are seen by a professional groomer at a maximum of 8 weekly, and our pricing is based on coat conditions adhering to this recommendation
Does not socialise any pets, unless from the same family
Endeavours to take photos of canine clients to celebrate them on socials, for training and record keeping. Please advise at your first appointment if you do not want photos taken of your dog
